FALL
HIGH SCHOOL PRESEASON OPEN TRAINING
(OCTOBER-NOVEMBER)

Each fall Reality Sports offers training for high school wrestlers to get ready for their upcoming school season. The six-week training focuses on Puget Sound area wrestlers (grades 8-12) who have a desire to go back to their teams and LEAD in a way that is "UPSIDE DOWN", or backwards, to what is normally seen in the sports world.

Agility, technique, drilling, live wrestling, mental training, and spiritual development based on the words and life of Jesus Christ are included.  We prepare body, mind, and heart for wrestling and for life. If you are a wrestler that desires to be a leader who serves rather than takes, and are ready to make a significant impact on your team in your school, we invite you to join us.

Times are scheduled in the evening so fall sport athletes are able to participate in this training. We believe you will be most equipped if you commit to attending all 12 preseason workouts during the 6 weeks.

Biblical messages teaching the Competing Upside Down philosophy will be a part of every workout.

COST:

The Reality Sports Wrestling program is made possible primarily through donations.

Though we don't charge for training, it is not "free" (there is a cost to provide it). We simply ask families to consider the value of training and determine what you are willing and able to pay for the opportunity.

A donation box is available at every workout, or if you prefer to donate online click the "virtual" donation box below.
