EXCELLENCE
Coaching Excellence provides an audience for sharing the gospel and making disciple-makers. We recognize that in order to be relevant -- that is, to have a voice in the sporting community -- we need to have coaches who know and understand their sport and pursue a godly level of excellence.
INTENTIONAL
MESSAGES
Reality Sports coaches teach God’s Word, articulating the gospel message to athletes during workouts. By opening the Bible and proclaiming the good news of a relationship with Jesus Christ, coaches explain the reality of a personal God who desires connection to every area of our lives, including training, competition, and life outside our sport.
COMPETING
UPSIDE DOWN©
Competing UPSIDE DOWN© is a gospel-centered philosophy of competition according TO the Word of God, BY the power of God, and FOR the glory of God. "TO-BY-FOR" is applied in sport through 4 areas of blessing: Teammates, Opponents, Officials and the "Forgotten."
DISCIPLERSHIP
DiscipleRShip is training disciples of Jesus to make more disciples of Jesus -- becoming disciple-makers, or disciplers. Walking with coaches, volunteers, athletes, and parents in prayer, Bible study, and the Competing UPSIDE DOWN© biblical philosophy, and then teaching them to equip others to do the same, is DiscipleRShip.
