TEAMS
Competitive club teams are offered for ages 12 and up. Tryouts for high school age players take place in July, while tryouts for younger ages are in October. The competitive club season runs from November to April.
Spots on Developmental teams are offered in October with practices and competitions running January through March.
OPEN TRaINING
The RS Volleyball Program offers a variety of training blocks throughout the year designed to challenge all players, from beginner to advanced. Skills in passing, defense, hitting, blocking, setting, and serving, along with aspects of the mental game are demonstrated and taught by coaches.​

Training considers the whole person: body, heart, soul, and mind. Each training session includes teaching from the Bible to help each athlete to develop spiritually as well as physically. Opportunities to apply the biblical principles of the Competing Upside Down© philosophy are included in each workout.
Open Training is offered on a DONATION basis. We believe everyone should give something, but it is up to each family to determine what they are willing and able to donate for the training.
FALL
A 4-week skills open training session is offered in the fall for players ages 10-18 to sharpen their skills in preparation for team tryouts and for the start of competitive team play.
WINTER
In the winter, teams start competing in Power League and local and regional tournaments. Developmental teams also train during the winter months.
SPRING
Teams wrap up competition in the spring, and then a 3-week open training is conducted for skill development during the month of May.
SUMMER
Summer camps are offered in the month of June, and Grass Volleyball runs throughout July and August for kids and adults. Tryouts for competitive teams for high school players take place in July.
