COMPETITION
Tournaments are on Saturdays starting in March and continue through the Freestyle and Greco-Roman state tournaments at the end of April. New in 2013, the Greco-Roman and Freestyle state tournaments for all ages will be run on the same weekend at the Tacoma Dome. Wrestlers choose when and how much they want to compete. There is an entry fee (usually $20 per wrestler) for each tournament. A tournament schedule will be available once the season starts.

AGES
Freestyle and Greco-Roman training is available for boys and girls ages 5-18. However, only wrestlers ages 8 and up can enter competition in Greco-Roman. Freestyle tournaments are available for all wrestlers.
COST
The cost of this training is offered by donation. We believe everyone should pay something, but ask each family to determine what they are willing and able to pay for the training. Each wrestler MUST purchase a USA Wrestling athlete membership card in order to participate. Please register online once the USA Wrestling card has been purchased.
THEME
The theme for the season is "Competing Upside Down." Wrestlers will explore what it means to train and compete with intensity and to bless/serve teammates, opponents, referees, and the "forgotten" along the way.
Join us in 2013 for another great spring Freestyle and Greco-Roman season!
