Reality Sports offers a wide variety of programs with the mission of combining top-notch physical training with spiritual training based on the words and life of Jesus Christ. RS programs include:

SANDLOT - ages 7-13

KIDS SELF-DEFENSE (boys and girls) - ages 5-12
ADULT SELF-DEFENSE (men and women) - ages 13+
SUBMISSION GRAPPLING - 2+ years of wrestling experience
